Terms of Service

Welcome to Keak. By creating an account or using Keak you agree to these terms. Keak is provided by Pep Secanell, based in Spain. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Keak.
2. The service
Keak turns your voice into text, cleans it up, rewrites selected text, and provides Keak AI, a voice assistant. Features and limits depend on your plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@keak.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed through an app store, manage and cancel your subscription there. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are handled in line with the store you purchased through, and otherwise case by case.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Keak to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass anyone, or create abusive, deceptive, or harmful content. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
6. AI output
Keak uses automated AI to transcribe and generate text. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it before you rely on it. Keak does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
7. Your content
You own the words you speak and write. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Intellectual property
The Keak name, brand, and software belong to us. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Keak available and may update, add, or remove features. Some features may be offered as beta and can change. We may update these terms and will post the new date; significant changes will be notified.
10. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Keak is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU.
